Issue in creating deveoper account

Hi Hubspot Team,

I’m trying to create a public app and need a developer account, but every time I sign up (even with new emails, incognito, and via the developer portal), I’m always redirected to the CRM onboarding page asking for industry, company, etc. I never reach the developer dashboard.I’m based in India and have tried multiple browsers and devices.How can I access the actual developer portal to create a public app and get client ID/secret?

Any help is appreciated—been stuck for 4 days!

1. Use a different email domain- Try signing up with a Gmail or another personal email instead of a company domain. HubSpot sometimes flags certain domains.

 

2. Clear your browser completely - Clear cache, cookies, and try in incognito mode or a different browser.

 

3. Check if you already have an account - Sometimes you might already have a HubSpot account associated with that email. Try logging in first at app.hubspot.com.

 

4. Contact HubSpot Developer Support - If the above doesn't work, reach out directly to developers@hubspot.com. They can manually create your developer account or fix the issue on their end.

Pro Tip: Make sure you're going directly to developers.hubspot.com/get-started to create the developer account, not the regular HubSpot signup page.

Hey, @Gladiator 👋 I believe the creation process has changed. Here's what I'd do:

• Keep going through the Free account creation process
• Once complete, look for the Development section at the very bottom of the main navigation menu (left side)
• From there you should find what you are looking for (screenshot)
