Internal E-mail on contact property update

Quick question on the workflow automation: how do you trigger events when a specific contact property is updated. For our case we want to have an internal e-mail sent when the message property of a contact is updated. We see that you can send an e-mail when the contact is updated in general but we are looking to trigger only when a sepcific propery (message) of the contact is updated.

When looking to trigger an internal email when a specific property (in this case: message property) is updated, you can do so by setting the enrollment trigger as:

Message is known, something like this:

Next, set the re-enrollment criteria. Something like this:

This would re-enroll contact into the workflow whenever the property update.
