Intermittent error - User does not have permission on portal
Hi Support -
For a shared customer, we are seeing an intermittent error returned of: User xxxxxxx does not have permissions on portal xxxxxxxx
This is being returned for get requests on the /contacts/v1/search/query endpoint
Prior get requests for that same user authorization (against the same endpoint) were successful, and when the user re-authorizes, subsequent requests are successful.
The customer confirmed that the user still exists/is active and they still have Admin-level permissions. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
