Integration with Twilio

Dear all

I have a question about the integration with Twilio and HubSpot

Is there any technical issue in syncing the app with HubSpot first of all? I mean any pro-cons about the integration?

Also, Is there any use case of businesses using Twilio also as ticketing system and inbound calls?

Any feedback is really appreciated.
