Integration to CallTools

I am trying to integrate all updates on Hubspot for Contacts on to a third party tool called CallTools. 

I would like to integrate these fields from HubSpot to CallTools:

-update any Notes associated with a contact 

-update any Meetings/Appointments assoicated with a contact. 

How can I integrate HubSpot to CallTools?
