Integration of a customzied SMS Sending Service

Good Day,

I was looking for a solution where I could use a Local buit SMS sending/receiving service that I could include in Contact View. Just like Sakari, we have our own SMS Provider/Carrier & I was hoping to use that instead of the Sakari app. Is there any way that I could integrate that with my account? Maybe some sort of API that could send events to that app with the Contact data & Message text.

Nope that's not it. Actually, now that I realize that I want a Custom Card to show up on my contacts, however it isn't showing up on my contacts. Could anyone help in that, I'm using ngrok as a action hook link, but it isn't receiving any requests.
