Integrate HubSpot to Mysql Server via static IP address

Hi there!

I need to integrate HubSpot to Mysql Server via static IP address (for security reasons).

Is it possible to limit a single static IP address for all serverless functions for an HubSpot instance?

This practis is also recomended by AWS: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/prescriptive-guidance/latest/patterns/generate-a-static-outbound-ip-addr...

Integrate HubSpot to Mysql Server via static IP address

Hi,

You can try using some 3rd-party tools like Skyvia, Workato, or Zapier. These platforms provide a secure connection between HubSpot, MySQL, and other tools. My personal choice is Skyvia, as it has an intuitive interface and a freemium version to start with. As for MySQL connection, Skyvia also has an agent app to connect to its on-premise version. You can read more about this integration here.

Hope it will be useful.

Integrate HubSpot to Mysql Server via static IP address

Hi  @Teun and thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately, @JBeatty's solution doesn’t work in my scenario.

My problem is that the serverless function has to open a connection to an external DB, the function does not call an API.

I hope that someone here can find a solution to this situation as well.

Integrate HubSpot to Mysql Server via static IP address

Hi @Ignazio ,

A static IP for serverless functions or webhooks is currently not possible. But @JBeatty suggested a nice solution in this post.
