Integrate Custom Messaging

Hello,

My company has a custom messaging system that we use for communicating with clients. Would it be possible to integrate this messenger into the hubspot crm under each contact? I believe this might be possible through the cards api and using an iframe to allow interactivity but that seems clunky. Would it be possible to add this as a tab next to "Activity", "Notes", "Emails", etc.?

What is the best way to do this if possible?

The custom cards is the only thing you can do at the time.  I am under the impression that the calling sdk is not what you need either. 

You are not alone with this request and it is being investigated, but for now, you will have to use the custom card iframe solution.
