Hi everyone, I am currently trying to install a live chat on our website. However, the tracking code installation doesnt work for some reason. I am attaching a screenshot so that you can see how the tracking code is installed in GTM.
My instinct is the community will need additional information to help troubleshoot this alongside you.
Do you have a link to a live page where the community can use the page inspector and other tools? Sometimes “seeing” it happen is the only way to start to troubleshoot things.
Are you seeing any errors in the developer console? Have you checked for conflicting scripts?
You might want to try disabling other tags temporarily to see if the live chat appears, then you can isolate which tag(s) might be causing the problem.
Have you tried viewing the page from a different browser? Or using a private tab? Occasionally, the chat gets blocked by cookie consent add-ons or ad-blocker extensions in your browser

I have tried viewing the page with 2 browsers and also in Incognito mode, however, it did not help. It still says that the chat channel is disconnected in inbox settings.
