Inserting Domain test data

I’m trying to add Domain objects into my development sandbox account through the UI (as there aren’t any API endpoints for this) but I can’t figure out how to do it. Can someone help me figure this out? Same issue for Layouts.

Content->Settings->Domain Manager

Layouts are the part of a template that controls the look and feel of a page. Drag and drop widgets around to change a layout.
