Insert an image with markdown in the template of an event

Hello, is it possible to insert an image with markdown in the template of an event of the contact's timeline ?, I tried with! [Alt text] (url), but it does not work

Hi @Fernando_Aguilar,

It's not possible to put an image directly into a timeline event. If you wanted to show an image, you'd need to use the iframe action functionality of timeline events. Check out the last example in this doc:
