Info re: EmailHeader value in HubSpot/Salesforce API

We’re looking at how to define the "EmailHeader" value (as pictured below) to control messaging in Salesforce.

  • Do we have the ability to access the EmailHeader parameters for this API? (most likely via SOAP or REST API)
  • If so, what are the current values and how do we access them?
  • Can they be edited if needed?

We've asked our HubSpot rep but she was unable to answer our questions. She recommended posting in the Developer Forum so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

98% sure that you do not have access to that.  I am going to verify.  I will update if I am incorrect.

Hi @dennisedson - I'm the CSM for this account. It looks like the customer does not have access to this - is there anything that we can do on the HubSpot side to resolve this? How do you suggest the customer move forward? Thank you!
