Increase of daily and secondly API Limits

Hello!

Our use case: we are running lots of data migrations for new hubspot customers and we, obviously, use a lot of API calls to create records in Hubspot.

Right now we are having issue with one particular customer (portal: 2065966).

Is it possible to workaround both daily and secondly API limits?
