Inconsistent dispatch of Webhook (Contacts from Connected app)

I'm working with Hubspot as an integration.

So far when I do create manual contacts/ import contacts via CSV, I do receive the webhooks for the new contacts.

But when I did try to connect Hubspot to 3rd party app (on my case, Mailerlite), there might be some webhooks that did not reached our app.

So yeah just want to check if there are inconsistencies with the webhooks that were dispatched if contacts comes from 3rd party app?
