INBOX Settings is not working anymore

Hi,

 

I attempted to update the name of my existing custom channel using the PATCH https://api.hubapi.com/conversations/v3/custom-channels/{channelId} endpoint, but it didn't work. I created a new one with the desired channel name and deleted the old one. However, the old one was already linked to my inbox, and now my inbox settings no longer load as expected. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks

Hey, @CTanglay 👋 Is this for a production portal (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise)? Or for Dev Test account created from an App Developer Account? Either way, can you grab the portal ID and share it here or DM it to me, please? Lastly, if this for a Dev Test account, does the same issue occur if you spin up another one (you can have up to 10 per App Dev account)?
