[IMPORTANT UPDATE] Notice of merging developer forums
Dec 14, 2018 12:12 PM - edited Dec 14, 2018 12:16 PM
If you are reading this post, it is because you are a registered member of our integrate.hubspot.com Developer Forums, you are a HubSpot user and you likely received multiple email notifications from community.hubspot.com in the last 24 hours. We want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused, and want to explain why it happened.
For context, community.hubspot.com is hosted on a third-party platform called Lithium Technologies. While we were doing some pre-migration work in the run-up to launching our new Developer Forums on community.hubspot.com in early 2019, we were made aware by our vendor, Lithium Technologies, that bulk email notifications were erroneously sent to a group of users. These users were those that were registered to both integrate.hubspot.com and community.hubspot.com. This was not our intention, and again, we sincerely apologize.
In this forum, you will find 100% of content that was posted on integrate.hubspot.com up until the 13th December 2018 as a pre-migration for an upcoming launch. We are still conducting work to improve the user experience of this forum, so until we are ready for launch it will be read-only and you can continue to post questions and engage with our developer support team and wider developer community where you already are - integrate.hubspot.com. We will be sending additional details about the upcoming merger and are on standby for any questions you have, again, on integrate.hubspot.com.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to build improve your developer support experience. Again, we are sorry and we are working with our vendor to make sure this does not happen again.
