ID ranges

Hi,

What are is the generalized range for the IDs you expose in your API?

I would guess 1 to 4294967295, or 1 to 2147483647?  (In the second case it seems you will run out of ID would seem space in the near future 🙂 )

Are there exceptions I need to consider that are outside that range? 

Also, which IDs are globally unique, and which are only unique per account/company/ or any other related object?

I need to know this so I can choose the correct type to handle, and store the IDs in my integration.
