I would like to change the inbox of a chat flow after starting a conversation via the API

I would like to change the default inbox of a chat after the contact responds to a specific rule within the chat, for example, all contacts go to the support box, but if a person responds that they would like to make purchases on the website, the correct option is switch to shopping inbox. I wanted this automatically after answering the question.
