I start receiving form submitted as show on the picture. How can I add API data to my form?

This issue looks similar to this discuss thread: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Page-Name-Is-not-there-in-Email-Notification/m-p/.... The underlying issue here is that you may have left out pageName/pageUrl  in the hs_context parameter. 

Could you check if you've included these in the hs_context parameter?

From the form share link, I'm unable to see how the form API is being set up on your end. Could you check in with your team's developer on how they are passing the form submission via the form API?
