I cannot view the replies of the e-mails I sent via Hubspot in the hotspot inbox.

Hello friends.

I just started using Hubspot as CRM and I am very pleased. But I cannot see the replies of the e-mails I sent on my inbox. It does not appear when I enter the record of the person concerned. Those replies only coming to my Outlook inbox.  I would be glad if you could help me with this issue.

I am not sure if your outlook email account is connected with HubSpot or not. Please refer to Track and log emails with the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in once. May be this could help you to track and log emails.

I already have that extansion for my 2010 Outlook. As I said, I can track the e-mail which I sent and see them only. I want to see the replies and track them on HubSpot CRM. How can I do that ?
