As the title, even on the website stating we can use it, I'm not sure why it's not taking my code.
This is what I put in the detail template.
<html><body>RMA number: {{ RMANUM }} <br />RMA Date: {{ RMADate }} <br />RMA Detail: {{ RMADetail }} <br /></body></html>
It treats everything as text. I just want to get the linebreak working.
