Hubspot’s WordPress plugin: Popup Form does not appear on all selected websites

I have created a popup form using Hubspot plugin for my three WordPress websites. However, the form appears only on one website.

Hello @Abha 

Can you please confirm if the form is created on wordpress or HubSpot? If on HubSpot then you need to specify the URLs to where to show/render the form.

I created the popup form from WordPress using Hubspot plugin. And I have specified all three urls on Options/Website/Urlis textbox.
