I'm making a hubspot app which is using the inbound calling beta features. Currently, I have a basic, regular calling app and a beta app. Only the beta app uses these features. As such, I've only set the "supportsInboundCalling" option to true via the app settings API for the beta app.
However, for some reason the basic app shows up when you press the inbound calls button (phone icon in the hubspot header, left of the marketplace icon). It also comes up as an option for contact calling, which is to be expected.
The beta app shows up for neither (also doesn't show up after uninstalling the basic app). How is this possible?

What am I missing? Is there any other place I should be configuring this? The app configuration page doesn't have anything on this.
