Hubspot forms on Multiple WP Sites

SOLVE

We have a client that has 50 store locations and each location has 5 sites for different types of parties.

We are migrating them off of Keap.

We need to replace all Keap forms with 5 global Hubspot forms.

Are idea is to go into the staging environment and clone all the pages that have Keap forms and remove them. Add Hubspot forms through the plug-in.

Another agency is telling them they "Need to use the multisite deployment process to implement this across all sites. Do you have someone that’s capable of doing that on dev then deploying to QA then live using Git?"

Will our plan work or do we need to bow out?

I don’t see how implementing a WordPress multisite deployment process would fundamentally change how HubSpot forms are managed. Since HubSpot forms are hosted and managed directly in HubSpot, you can simply embed them on any site—multisite or otherwise—and all submissions will be tracked and stored in one place within HubSpot.

From a forms perspective, your current plan to stage, remove the Keap forms, and replace them with HubSpot forms via the plugin should work seamlessly. You can track all submissions and contacts from each site within the same HubSpot portal. Unless there are larger development or deployment requirements (like uniform code changes across 50+ sites), the complexity of setting up a full multisite environment doesn’t appear strictly necessary just to swap in HubSpot forms.
