Hubspot Scopes

Hi, I have created a Hubspot Account In the month of August at that point of time when I create Developer App the Scopes were "contacts,tickets" etc but when I create a another new account of hubspot in recent time the scope in developer App has been changed to 

"crm.objects.contacts.read crm.objects.contacts.write crm.schemas.contacts.read crm.schemas.contacts.write crm.objects.owners.read crm.schemas.deals.write crm.objects.deals.write crm.schemas.deals.read crm.objects.deals.read crm.schemas.companies.write crm.schemas.companies.read crm.objects.companies.read crm.objects.companies.write"

these new scope changes are not reflected in my old Account 

I wanted to Know 2 things

1.If Old Hubspot Account Scope Will remain same "contacts,tickets" or it will get updated to new scope changes

2.If they are getting updated when can we see those changes in the old Account
