Hubspot CHAT: Obtaining information

Dear community,

I have a question, is it possible to get chat information through API?
For example, I would like to get the number or chats that do not have an owner yet, i.e. they do not have an assignment yet.

My goal would be to create a "queue" system on my website, to indicate how many people are waiting to be served.

Any suggestions on this?

There is no endpoint to get conversations, but you could set this using a workflow in webhooks.
