Hubspot API for React Native Mobile Application

My application have a feature and that is sending a feedback of user to email directly ( not redirect to email application to send while using my application ) . I am considering about using Hubspot API to do that . But I dont know Hubspot API support for that or not ? And where I can find a instruction for set up sending feedback to email using Hubspot API?

Yes, I want to collect feedback via a form and send the data as an email to a Contact . That's exactly I want.
I just don't know about Hubspot API supporting this on React Native Mobile Application.
