It looks like you have also submitted a support ticket and have been working closely with my colleague. I think it's best for you to continue working with her as a source of centralize communciation to prevent multiple back and fro.
That said, I believe the underlying issue is because of a shared legacy login and to resolve you would need to authorize a different, non-shared account as a page admin. Feel free to let me know if you've any further clarification on this!
