HubSpot chat receives a message as "Unknown Visitor"
I had implemented the HubSpot live chat.. but the messages are still receives as a "UnKnown Visitor" in hubspot > Inbox..Is there a any way to identify the user.
I had tested in the local site only not yet published to the live website. Due to the "Unknown Visitor" issue, I am doing all these test cases in the local site only.
Here is the code. Is there anything is missed from my side? Kindly guide me.
