HubSpot Lists not showing on Divi Opt-in Form

Hi. I'm able able to view any of the lists I've created in HubSpot, withing the Divi Opt-in module. The lists are passive and have both "Forms" or "Subscriptions" as filters. I am not getting error when I entering my account and API (Private App) key. Additional info is that the Hubspot plugin is installed and connected and the Non-Hubspot Form integration in turned ON.

Thank you for posting to the Community! 

I would recommend to check out Jaycee's comment where they suggested taking this to the Divi support team. 

They stated the following: "To confirm, the Divi theme and builder have updated to use Private Apps. I found several posts with the same issue, and all were referred back to Divi for support.
