HubSpot Form Bug

Hello!

Some users are facing a bug (image bellow) when accessing a hubspot form on this page. It's like if HubSpot was creating new checkbox inputs out of nowhere.

We already investigated this problem, but don't found the cause to it.

The only thing in common about users who related this bug, is that they were accessing the page with the latest version of the Opera navigator. But even then I coundn't reproduce it.

It's really strange.

Hey, @gcoutos 👋 Can you share any common factors your users have reported? I cannot reproduce the issue using the latest version of Chrome. Without more information or a way to reproduce the issue, the community will struggle to assist you.
