I’ve noticed that the restriction in HubSpot Mobile app and HubSpot Web app are not the same restriction.
The thing is I made an experiment where I copy a link and tried to open with different account login in Web app then it didn’t allow me because of different HubSpot owner id. Then when I tried it in the Mobile app I was redirected to the contact profile even the owner id is not me. I think it’s not a good thing because other owners can access other’s contacts.
User access should be consistent between the web app and mobile app. If you’re seeing otherwise, I would recommend reaching out to Support so that they can investigate the issue. You can reach them by clicking on the ‘Help’ widget in your portal, or by calling 1 888-482-7768 x3.
