HubSpot API form issue - form data not captured in custom object and ticket not created

Hi,

I am using forms API of Hubspot to submit forms data from my site to Hubspot and currently testing it in development environment. Contact is getting created properly in Hubspot but the form data is not populated in the custom object and tickets are also not getting created. The issue is very inconsistent.. out of 70 forms submitted 19 forms haven't created a ticket or data hasn't been captured in the custom object. Can someone help.

Throwing a couple people at this although we may need some additional information to troubleshoot here.

@lynton , @tjoyce is this enough info to work with?

Hi @dennisedson,

Adding to the above, our logs show no errors and only the logs for when the serverless function is executed is seen which means that the serverless function is never being called in some situations, so the issue perhaps lies within the form submission code which we are unable to toubleshoot.
