How to track all the sent and received messages in the contacts hubspot timeline

Hi Team,

I have built a workflow that can send messages to the contacts in the given workflow. I am using timeline api and able to display the sms logging under the activity of the contacts. Currently, I am able to see only the recent message.

Please let me know how to even log and see the previous messages (history) sent to that contact by workflow using timelines.

Hey @krishna7,

Just to clarify, do you mean that whenever the contact response to the email, you're only seeing the recent reply instead of all the previous messages? 

If so, could you share with me the portal ID in question and an example contact record?
