Hi!
How to extract meeting start time, date, contact owner via client (contact email) using API?

We have Airtable where we would like to put required HubSpot data (meeting start time, date, contact owner) via API.

But for reference we have only email of the client (contact).

Additionally, here is one way to approach getting what you are after – 

first, you would do this API call:
https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts/sandwich@gmail.com/?idProperty=email&associations=mee...

you need to add the idProperty=email to it to use email and you add the associations param to get the associated meetings

that will return something like this

            "results": [
                {
                    "id": "21532199002",
                    "type": "contact_to_meeting"
                }
            ]
        }
    }

then you can do a request to the meetings endpoint with that id and request the wanted prop
