How to know if an account delete our connected app ?

I would like to know if it's possible to be alerted when a HubSpot account click on "Disconnect" in the "Connected apps" list for our app ?

I can confirm that we do not currently provide any features or functionality that will support notifications in the event someone disconnects your App.
