How to get three installs for hubspot app before submission

One of the requirements of submitting a hubspot app is:

An app must have at least three installs to be listed in the App Marketplace.

It's quite a strange constraint to put on app submission, before it has even taken off. But anyway,

how can one share an app made in a free account with others so they can install it, so we can get three and be able to submit?
