How to get in the Data Sync club? (Operations Hub??)

How do we create apps / build to the HubSpot Data Sync framework? There are a bunch of "apps" that say they are built BY HubSpot here - https://app.hubspot.com/ecosystem/22118615/marketplace/apps/apps-for-operations-teams

These all claim to use this HubSpot Data Sync tool - https://www.hubspot.com/products/data-sync

We are thinking we have to build our own 2-way sync as an App, but is this not a better way?

@ProVega Data sync is part of Operations Hub. Data sync apps built by HubSpot are available in the app marketplace, along with hundreds of other app developed by third parties and ISVs. You can find the information on building apps that integrate with HubSpot in the API documentation here.
