Our account in HubSpot has the listed prerequisites for this endpoint as we have Marketing Hub professional, Sales Hub Enterprise, and Data Hub Enterprise.
Yet, for specifying the scopes of a legacy app the batch read/write checkbox is disabled with a tooltip "Your account doesn't have access to this scope."
Scopes:
communication_preferences.statuses.batch.read
communication_preferences.statuses.batch.write
Is there a bug with these ones, are these disabled/obsolete, or are there additional requisites?
Hey, @RLehrhaupt👋 That sounds unexpected. I just tried and was able to add it to my legacy app for my dev portal.
What happens if you try with a new or different legacy app? Same result? The Scope documentation states this one is available to any account.
If so, I'd recommend utilizing the phone support your account has access to and making sure they understand you are not asking about a custom coding issue but rather a product issue that is blocking your use of the tools.
