How to create chatbot with webhook

Hi,

I just want to create a chat bot with webhooks. Done the initial steps but i can't see any field for setting the webhook can anyone help me out on this?

Hi @jijoamt, 

Those features are only available on Enterprise account, so make sure you are testing this in the Enterprise account.

You have 2 options that might be helpful -

1. Trigger a webhook
2. Run a code snippet

We are looking to build a hubspot chatbot, where users can mesage and an agent can reply from our live agent module to the customer queries. To receive the incoming messages from users to bot, we need to set up a webhook url for the bot. Can you let us know how can we do this. While we set up the bot, we could see a button ' Trigger webhook', but it is showing a mesage to Talk to sales.
We would like to know where/how exactly the webhook url can be set to recieve the incoming message payload on our end.
