How to add new element persistent into Hubspot UI

I need know how to embed one app by js into HS UI.
We wish have one element like "Ayuda",

Is important for us that always available across routes the front end.

I hope be explicit in this question.

I can see into publish product, one screenshot, where they can deploy one element similar to my original question.

My team wish know the process for how to do it.

@JSanchezL , it looks like this is being achieved through a chrome extension.

See the below text from the app:

"Use our CCP panel

After creating an account and setting up environments, you can use our extension in your HubSpot portal. Enable the chrome extension in your chrome browser, then login with your credential, you can see the AWS CCP Panel at the bottom of the screen in your HubSpot portal."

This kind of customization is not available for the HubSpot UI.  You can submit an idea with your specific use case here
