How the two way syncing can be done in HubSpot

I want to make a syncing process from hubspot and my portal without using any third party tools.
I had done some r&d related to webhooks and Workflow. Can it be useful in this scenario.
How we will create and workflow what ? and what is the wbehook URL.

I means how we will use these things into our portal for the solution ?
Please provide me solution for this.

You would need to create the program to sync between HubSpot and your other platform, but it’s certainly possible. Here’s the documentation on the Webhooks API, which is a great place to start:
