How do we set up RUID in hubspot
Hello there,
We are trying to capture a cookie value named "ruid" as a hidden field in all our forms though the value is getting populated on the website it is not getting captured in the custom field, please suggest how to proceed with it.
The ruid is being populated as a cookie value. A random unique cookie value gets assigned for users when they visit the site (attaching screenshot).
Please note our intention is not to change any current setup which captures the UTM values from the query strings but additionally we want the capture the ruid value as well.
Do we need to create a hidden field in Hubspot form or customize the Js in the hubspot tracking code.
We are doing this to track user-level data in Google analytics for in-depth user behavior analysis.

I didn't have the time to dig it up but I know @alyssamwilie has a solution for this somewhere on the boards.
I also answered something similar recently. This Pen has some code that you can modify to populate a hidden field.
