How can retrieve roles with users

I hit users api to get all users and I'm able to get users, however I'm not able to get their roles. If you see below screenshot, in response roleIds is empty array, but I have set permissions for users.

Can anybody suggest a solution to get RoleIds with permissions provided to the users.

Hey, @teja21 👋 I made a request using Postman as well. It returned all my users and included the roleId as expected. Are there any additional details you can provide that might help us spot the difference?

Hi, @Jaycee_Lewis I provided this access permissions to the user, I think it is sufficient to generate a role, is it correct?

If there any other settings need to be followed to generate role, please let me know. But what I found to setup a role is just giving a permission to the users while creating a new user. Further if this is incorrect way, then you can explain a flow to generate a role. That would be more helpful.

That screenshot doesn't look like the correct area for roles. Roles are made up of permissions, but are separate. In-app, they are called Permission Sets. You'll find them by going to Settings > Users > Permission sets.
