How add button "Reconnect" to the app that users could reinstall it?

Hi everyone!
We created the hubspot app recently and a certain amount of users have installed it. Now there are some revisions has been made to the app that touch new scopes user should grant access to.
How can we notify users to reinstall the app? And which way they can perform the process of reinstallation?

I see the button "Reconnect"  in other connected apps. So is there a way to add the same button to our app? Something like this
