Help me whit SurveyMonkey

Hi guys,

I am trying to connect hubspot with surveymonkey but in the integration I see that it is already coefficient but I can not choose any survey and I get a message of "there was a problem to get the answers"

Is there any solution for this?

Hi @mlopez144 , to be transparent, troubleshooting an issue with SurveyMonkey through the forums is a bit tricky. If you have access to Support, would you be able to file a support ticket with our team? They have a lot of tools at their disposal that allows them to troubleshoot this more effectively than how I can here. 

If you don't know how to file a ticket, I can do so on your behalf and help you there if that makes it easier. I'd just need your HubID and email address!
