Having trouble w/ timestamp on code

We added a timestamp code to our Hubspot Form and we are having issues w/ the Ext Class Date coming through into HubSpot - we are seeing this:

Can you give me some more information on the issue? When you say you added a timestamp to your form, do you mean that you're including it as a form field?
