HIGH_RISK_PORTAL when send file

Hi guys! When I send an attachment to HS via https://api.hubapi.com/filemanager/api/v3/files/upload, the response is:

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
...headers here...

This happens only in one of my portals.
How can I fix this error?

Hi @dennisedson !
Portal id is 8929656. But it's not my portal. It's my client's portal. So I don't want to change any settings of this portal. I just need to know why this error happens and how I can fix this in the future.
