HELP WANTED: Need custom signup form created

We run an online flatpack ordering software, the developers of the software provided us with an AIP which allows us to customise the signup form.

We want to customise the signup form to submit the form details into HubSpot when a client signs up for our online software. i.e.c create a new contact and place the details form the form, into the activity list in the contact in HubSpot.

We have the API document form the software company, just need someone to help us build the custom form.
