Granular scope migration: Can't See new Scopes in Old app

Hello All,

I'm in the process of migrating to the new granular scopes. 

Previous scopes I had was contacts.

But now when I want to upgrade to new scopes, I cant see section with new scopes. Even if I try to create new app, here also I am seeing the old scopes.

Points to be Noted here are: 

• This app is not verfied
• I didnt Opt-out of auto migration
• New app I am tring to creating also belongs to same developer account

When and tried creating new developer account and then created the app -> It shows the new granular scopes.

Can Someone help me understand how can I Update my existing app to new scopes?

Is this process incremental?

By when can I expect my app to migrated?

It is indeed incremental.  I do not have an exact date of when it will happen.
